        If I could leave zero stars , I would . Awful customer service . The cashier is on the phone, doesnt pay attention to the customers. When you try to ask a question related to the purchase , he catches an attitude and doesnt want to help. When I asked if someone else can help me , I was told to come back on Monday and if I dont like it , I could go to another 7-11. The time this took place was 6:30 pm on Saturday April 6. The supervisor should know who was working during this time and address the matter with them .

        Very bad customer service. The guy refuse to sell me 6 individual packs of Marlboro Gold. When I asked why he said you can buy a carton or talk to the boss I asked where is the boss. He said come back on Monday or goto another 7-11 WOW! dude had AirPods in his ears and was very angry that the customers are bothering him in his me time

        What happened to customer service?! I don't expect excellent at 711 but one guy is on a phone call and another is watching a video on his phone. No interaction, no hello, not even a "would you like a receipt?"
