I cannot say enough about Kevin and his abilities. He gives us the best advice we have ever had. He gave us options, applied for our companies to be S Corps and also retroactively refiled our taxes from 2014-2016 which should have been submitted as S Corps and not LLCs and saved us literally thousands of dollars, which we used to pay off 2017. It was a life changing moment. He is so smart, funny, explains things so you can understand and doesn't talk down to you. I can't recommend him enough!

Does it count as an extensive experience with a firm when you have been ghosted? Not sure.Maybe the scope of our issues was too much for Beta Solutions, but we have never heard from them again after the initial consultation. An hour of my life I will never get back =(Proceed with caution!
