I honestly dont value the leadership and direction here. They keep putting more work on tier 2 support. Doing tier 1 calls because the lack to tier 1 support. The management cant agree how to handle new tasks, but are quick to just throw us in the middle and expect things to work out. Its made the job more frustrating because the job is not a problem but the management and decisions can easily make a simple job worse.

There are great people at this company, but not in the right places. The senior executive leadership does appear to care about other's career growth. However, some individuals in mid-management lack accountability and follow-up, leading to disorganization and reactive situations that could otherwise be avoided. This company also does not offer competitive market rates to staff, which is one of the main drivers for turnover that I've seen myself and have heard from others in the company. This company did get me ahead in my career, which is something I'm thankful for, but the aforementioned issues overshadow that.
