    I had such a good experience! Buying a car can be very stressful, and I shopped around for a bit looking for a new car. Mo (salesman) was so kind and really helped me out throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

    I went in to test drive a car on Tuesday. After the test drive, I had to leave to go to work. The salesman and I agreed I would come back after work to get the paperwork rolling and figure out the payment plan. I came back after work and found a different car that I fell in love with! After a test drive and negotiations, it was after closing and there was a computer issue. We agreed I would come back the next day to sign and drive. The next day, after work, I arrived at the dealership and things started going wrong. I signed half the papers and the system went down. They were in the middle of a transfer of ownership so they were experiencing difficulties with the new computer system. They told me to switch my insurance and take the car home. It was mine. I then gave them the keys to my old car I had traded in and left in my new car. I forgot to give them my spare key on my old car, so my dad dropped it off in the morning while I was working and confirmed everything was good to sign and drive that afternoon. They confirmed they would have everything ready. Fast forward to time for me to stop by and sign the deal. My dad called to confirm the computers were working and thats when my deal fell through. They told me I needed a $10,000 down payment (1/3 of the cost of the car) or I needed to give the car back (keep in mind they told me multiple times everything was set - sign & drive. My insurance had been changed, I had downloaded the app and connected the car to my phone, and they took my trade in car.) I gave them back my new car and got my old one back. But it didnt end. The next day, I got a text from the customer relations manager congratulating me on my new car (which even further proves the original deal went through and that the new car was mine - a done deal.) HUGE SCAM! Money greedy management! I highly do NOT recommend.

    I moved back to the area and decided to take my Mazda 3 to Priority for a recall. I figured they would be great as they had great service when I bought my car from them back in 2016. I made the appointment last week, and made clear why I was bringing it for service. After arriving at 0830 and waiting 5 hours, the service department came back, and said they didnt have the part on hand to fix the problem, and then asked me to come back in a few days to fix the car. They also wanted to pile on recommended services, which had nothing to do with the recall service. I wasted about 6 hours on my day off just to sit in their waiting room for no apparent reason. Its sad their service has gone down hill since the last time I was there (Approximately 6 years ago). I wont be going back to waste my time again with their mechanic service department.

    THIS PLEACE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL THE SLAES REP TRENT I TALKED TO FOR THE REFUND STARTED LAUGHING OVER THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED MY REFUND WHICH WHICH I WAS TOLD IT WAS 100 % REFUNDABLE. I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR 5 DAYS FOR THE REFUND AND THEN TEHY TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO BE AT THE PLACE FOR THE REFUND. ONCE YOU GIVE THEM THE MONEY THEY WILL START MOVING YOU IN CIRCLE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A CAR.
