I can always rely on Peter, Adam, and Jay to do a wonderful evaluation and repair of my vehicles. They are trustworthy and I never need to question their ethics, which is especially important as a woman, who notoriously (and unfortunately) are taken advantage of in this arena. The team move accurately and swiftly to make multiple or simple repairs/maintenance, as needed. So happy to be a long-time customer (8+ years) for as long as I've had my vehicles.

Horrible service and totally incompetent. They changed me a lot to diagnose a problem that they said that they didn't want to deal with because "they only wanted quick in and outs" and it turned out to be something completely different and easily solved. If I could give them a zero rating, I would!

I have relied on Peter and his team to maintain our Mercedes since 2001. I recently bought a clean, older Mercedes wagon, knowing I could trust Peter to maintain it well. Here we are a year later and the repairs Silver Star did for me over a year ago have been fine. Just changing the oil at Silver Star.
