        My experience with this dealership (service department) is the same as the other low star ratings. From start to finish I was met with arrogance and rudeness. My advisor (they call her Alex but that isnt her correct name on the paperwork) is extremely rude. The service manager is not only rude but demeaning and disrespectful. I was argued with, they had my jaguar for 3 days and returned it with two of the issues still not fixed, and didnt wash the car after the service they provided. Im a Mercedes man but purchased a new jaguar because I like the look and always loved my vintage jags. After my experience with this service department I understand why most people drive and prefer Mercedes, as Im running back myself.
