McDonald's

The location is convenient & my 8-yr old likes Happy Meals, so we've eaten here multiple times through the yrs. After this evening's experience, we won't be back. My fries were overcooked, greasy & barely warm. I went back through the drive thru & asked if they had fresh french fries to replace them, & the young man told me they did not. When I got to the window (I wanted to request my receipt), another young man told me what the first guy actually meant was that they didn't have fresh fries ready, but that they were preparing some. What they gave me were old fries that had been put back in the fryer & made hot. Although I didn't order it that way, my quarter pounder had nothing but ketchup on it. And my drink that I'd specified as no ice, had a cup full of it. I threw the food away, & went to Burger King.

A nice way to start the day. A brand new employee on his first day on the job,helped us to order from the kiosk.

Food was fresh and hot. Only down side is they will not take your order kiosk orders only

Best Mickey D's we've been to from South Florida to here on our trip, first one that was clean and not under-staffed in all the ones we stopped at in 5 states. It's a GREAT ideato have a lobby employee, some McDonald's do, but not many - she kept libby cleanand helped with kiosk ordering. Management is doing something right, Thank You. Plus, this is a nice, quiet area, good parking, easy, quick access from interstate that's not congested. Extremely clean, and all staff were professional and friendly.
