        Had a topline Maytag washer (problematic from the start) that after only 4 years, just quit midcycle. Called Matt's. The technician came next morning, diagnosed the computer board was completely dead. Told me I would probably be better off buying a new machine. Got estimates from the shop 10 minutes later and decided technician was right and it wasn't worth repairing. Really appreciate the honesty and fast service. Would definitely use again.

        I have a fridge that supposedly only needed a new fan motor was told it would be in by the end of the week. I still havent heard anything over 3 weeks later and cant seem to get in touch with them about it. Only reason Im using them is because it was under warranty and they were the only option. Definitely would not recommend using them and I wont be using them again.

      Unfortunately there are times when parts do not come in a timely manner as expected due to inventory levels, shippers and human error. However, I do not see any service request under your name and I must question if you are mistaken.
