        Wife broke down during a storm. Parkers towed her to the mechanic in Tappahannock, and took her to Sheetz to wait for me, coming 3hrs away. Thank you

        This place absolutely sucks 3 months ago I call for a tow they give me a run around & waited until 11pm(5 hours) after calling to call back and say they can do it the next morning. Called again today told me they were 30 minutes out and then call back suppose to be here within 10 minutes and canceled the call on be bc they had a police call these people sicken me !! How do you call yourself a service? We will never be calling you back for anything ! Currently left in the middle of nowhere thinking I can get a tow to get my tire changed b4 4pm & to tell me one thing then call back and do for someone else isn't good customer service either

        There was a long wait for the driver, he had to tow another vehicle ahead of us that was about two hours away. However, the driver was friendly,. He provided excellent service.
