Walmart Vision & Glasses

On my visit last year to get my glasses the staff were wonderful. This time is was terrible. I was the only customer in the store. I walked over to the 2 employees to help with adjusting my glasses. The first time there was no change. She took them back (I was very polite)and when she returned she had bent the ear pieces over 2 inches downward and the sides did not match.

5/3/23 3:21pm. Sign indicated they would return at 2:45. Waited 30+ minutes for someone from the Vision Center to reopen. Returned to my car & called, continuously ringing. My time is valuable as much as the next person. My intentions were to get his lenses placed in new frames. The Eye Site isnt an option! So another day without his glasses! Walmart sure knows how to turn your smile upside down!

This is the place to go for glasses! Fast service with great people. Been wearing glasses my entire life and this is the first time I haven't had issues! Definitely 5 stars.

Distance vision never usable. Left lense fell out routinely. Manager told me when I asked question of distance being blurry. . . "I'll ask the questions". My last effort I saw eye center manager standing behind WM registers. A WM greeter at door had her paged, I stood during open hours at front of Vision Center, obviously within view for another twenty minutes or so. My prior visit this same "manager" had one customer and told me to go shop and come back in an hour. I requested appt. time. Told don't make appt. When came back all the lights were off. $280 loss for me. . . a manager loosing them customers for perhaps thousands . Over two months efforts my part. Purchased about 8 mo. ago? I quit returning.

The selection of frames was quite limited. I found a frame and when I got the new lenses there was a problem. Looking through the bottom of the lenses everything was curved. I went back, they adjusted the frame, but it still made everything near the floor, was curved. They took them to send back. 2 weeks later I don't have nt new frames, and I can't get in touch with them. They don't show hours of opperation.
