        This place gets really busy. They will make tons of mistakes, and they wont answer the phone to help correct said mistakes. Avoid at all costs. Will not be returning.

        Absolutely the worst service. I have been going to H&R block for 12 years and this facility has made me consider going somewhere else. Last year, they made a mistake and the IRS sent me a letter saying that I was actually owed more money and that they made the corrections. This year, I filed in February and paid for the peace of mind......my state rejected my tax return and H&R block had no idea. I have called 10 times over the past few weeks inquiring what they were doing about it and every time I was told it was a "glitch" in the software and that just give it 7 days and it will be okay. They also said they would call me back to update me. Neither ever happens. Thanks H&R block. You literally had one job.
