        Getting ahold of these people is like pulling a wisdom tooth out through the bottom of the jaw. Needed help appealing my case and not a person wants to answer there phones.

        Why is the Dropbox behind locked doors when they are closed?

        You will NOT get a social security card printed here same-day, as the SSA's website says you will. But the service was quick and easy, and the security guard addressed my concerns politely, patiently, and in a friendly manner.

        My wife and I spoke with Medina who was extremely polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about our concerns. She cleared up any confusion we had and made sure we understood what she had told us. We walked out of the Social Security Office in Suffolk, Va. very happy and satisfied. Great job Medina!!! Thank you!
