We chose to rent out our home instead of selling it due to my husband's new orders. After interviewing different companies, Rock Steady Group truly impressed us. The team was not only confident and ready to answer our questions but also provided firm yet supportive guidance. Matthew helped my wife and I sell our first home in 2021. We knew he was our realtor when he showed up for our first visit dirty and in work boots. He explained that he had been under a home helping the home owner with repairs before he came to his appointment with us. Our home was a little unique to sell due to location and set up. Matthew made it a wonderful experience and was able to help us sell for more than we thought we would be able to. He then helped my parents as well as my parents in law sell their homes the following year. Matthew and the entire staff at Rock Steady group are kind, compassionate and motivated.

Ive had the pleasure of not only buying my first home with Rock Steady but also purchasing my first piece of land with them. I have known Matt and his wife for many years and recommended over a dozen friends to them over that time. I have had friends who have bought and sold multiple homes and rental properties with Matt and his team over the years. I cant thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication they have put in to realize my families dream of not only owning our first home, but buying land as well.
