We have been seeing Ms. Mullen at this practice since it opened and followed her from a previous office that was much closer to us. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She has been very helpful in finding the best solution for myself and son. The office staff is always very helpful and timely when I have called. I probably pass by at least 10 other Psychological practices in my route to Ivy and its always worth it.

Ms. Mullen and staff have always been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding -- when presenting with various issues, Ms. Mullen has listened and been willing to work with me to find a good resolution. Seeing the more negative reviews here is pretty disheartening, while one can't expect a full-on therapy appointment with their medication management provider, I've found Ms. Mullen is always willing to hear me out when I bring out the "can, uh, can I talk to you about something real quick?" question. Her pragmatic and down-to-earth, yet friendly and welcoming demeanor has really helped me feel comfortable during my visits. I'd happily recommend Ms. Mullen.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking mental health and psychiatric care. The office is excellent and offers great flexibility with telehealth options. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and meticulous in their approach. Most notably, my experience with Latoya has been outstanding! Her professionalism, empathy, and expertise are top-tier and a professional in her field. This is a place where you genuinely feel cared for and supported throughout your mental health journey.

I saw LaToya Mullens for a year and half and her bedside manner and basic manners were incredibly lacking. Ive never experienced a practitioner that had so little engagement and empathy. Regardless of if I had the first appointment, last appointment or an appointment in the middle of the day she was always 20-30 minutes late even for a Telehealth appointment. If you are going to be rude be good at your job, if youre not wanting to be good at your job you can at least be nice. Glad I found another provider that accepts my insurance and listens to any concerns I have because her care was the worst Ive experienced.
