Our server was great - he gets 5 stars. The food was over-priced, tasteless & I found a hair in my food. The pasta was very dry & had next to no sauce on it. I legitimately feel sick now that I'm home from this unpleasant dining experience. The restaurant itself was dirty- something sticky on the table when we sat down, crumbs all over the floor, dirt/stains/food on the wall. The seats were ripped. Just nasty. Won't be back.

I never leave reviews, ever. But after last night, I felt I had to let it be known. My husband and I have been going to Ruby Tuesday in general for years now, but this location- we haven't been to since the last bad experience a couple of months (nearing seven or eight) ago. Jocelyn made this, honestly hesitant at first, experience one to remember. She was at the door with menus in hand, held it open for us, and greeted us with this brilliant smile (not one that looked forced or gave 'I just work here' vibes). She took us to our seats only for us to find out she was our waitress as well. We ended up getting a lot that she recommended (even though the mango lemonade was a bit too sweet at first), and she was so attentive. Getting us refills before we had to call her over, making sure our food tasted and was cook just right. And best off, she told us about the Rewards app no one else at the other locations did. We've spent so much at RT's and none of our other servers expressed that we could be essentially earning back from what we've spent. I could go on and on, but I won't. I'm just saying, Jocelyn's bright personality, socks, and hair really captivated us from the beginning. And her absolutely amazing service will keep us coming back when we're in the area again. PS. She told us don't get the corn and we regretted not listening. Even though she was quick to fix it, that corn is dry and very flavorless. I've tasted better out of a can.
