    The lobby of this hotel is beautiful from the moment you step in you are greeted with the sweet smell of essential oils, a great fragrance that fills the lobby,l. The front desk attendant was friendly and there is a bar on the premise (on a Saturday it stayed open until 10pm). The hotel is in a location that has a store to buy alcohol, a great taproom and other shops as well. The rooms were spacious, the lighting is poor and could use updating half the light switches didn't work for the lights. The TVs are rather small but the room was very clean, mattress was comfy the bed frame ricketty and shower water pressure was superb though bathroom was in need of an update. Overall good stay and would return to this hotel.

    This place does not have free breakfast, they will change you if you take some fruit or toast even though it looks free. They also do not have room service unless you request it. Basically they will nickel and dime you, better to just go to a normal hotel with normal services.

    This property is an over priced HGI. The rooms are outdated. The hot tub is barely lukewarm, and when you get out, theres nothing preventing you from falling so I took a pretty bad fall on the slippery tile. I called the front desk to report the incident and was placed on hold for 10 mins, so I guess injured guests arent a concern of this property. There are no wet floor signs out, and the matting the have isnt at the hot tub. The food is mediocre yet overpriced. If youre traveling on business, I wouldnt recommend staying here. Also, Im Diamond with HHonors, I expected more to be honest. Rooms: Outdated with slippery tubs from the soap pumps that leak. Food & drinks: Overpriced, and undercooked. I wouldnt eat dinner at the bar. Noteworthy details: Unresponsive front desk, Im assuming theyve got staffing issues.

    Our experience at this hotel for our wedding weekend in December was absolutely horrendous, for my husband and myself as well as our families and friends who came to celebrate with us and who we blocked rooms for. I sent feedback via email directly after our stay on December 19th, and have not heard a SINGLE word back from management. I was waiting to leave this review to see if they were going to actually try to make things right, but after almost three months of radio silence, I think it's only fair to make my comments public. In short: the service from staff was, on the whole, abysmal (although the woman who checked me in was lovely, and Audrey was very sweet at breakfast). ON our wedding day, both my husband and I were treated like garbage when trying to check in early to another (already reserved) room for his kids, after we had been assured that it would be "no problem." She did not let us proceed, never checked the computer, simply sassed us and told us she couldn't do anything about it - no apology or shred of empathy or hospitality to be found, didn't even LOOK at the computer screen, and later that evening had no idea how to process a credit card transaction and forced us to charge a snack from the pantry to our room. The attitude and ineptitude was just disgusting. All of the rooms we were assigned had problems to one degree or another. My parents' room was especially bad, and we didn't realize HOW bad until their first room's ceiling sprung several leaks and they had to be moved... to a room that smelled better, looked better, had curtains that weren't falling off the rods, and had no mildew in the bathroom. They were never offered assistance, much less a credit or voucher of any kind for the inconvenience. Other rooms had broken mini fridges, stains on floors and walls, none of the basic amenities you would expect from a Hilton property, and one family member's room was never even serviced - she had to hunt down a housekeeping cart on another floor to get a towel after no response from the front desk. Unfortunately, I cannot share my FULL review because it exceeds the character limits - that's how awful our time was. Thank goodness our wedding was very nearly perfect and this didn't completely ruin our time with family and friends, but we were certainly teetering on the edge! We will never stay at this Hilton property again, and I'm still so frustrated by the experience that I have stopped staying at Hilton hotels on business travel as well.

    I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. They do not take there customers with the safety concerns seriously. The room was not maintained properly and precautions were not taken to make sure that you do not slip in the shower. There was no manager on site and when presented the issue and accident that happened there words were "sorry we can just comp your room". This is no way to act for someone who is a hilton member and has been for many years. Basically it seems that they think that taking a very bad fall because of the negligence of the staff and manager was only worth that and not even a call to see how you are doing. We had to ask them to call an ambulance to even check to make sure that my vitals were somewhat ok or if it was that I needed to be taken to the hospital immediately. Now with this I have to try and get someone to help me take care of me and my dog that just had ACL surgery. If you try and contact corporate all they state is that they will take the report but it is the responsibility of the hotel to manage the safety and security. I wonder if the Hilton family is aware of this policy and how there customers are being treated when they have an incident at any of their hotels.
