Great company! Professional, friendly, came out quickly and replaced our garage door within days. They gave us multiple quotes and worked with our budget! I greatly appreciate the impeccable service that was provided and will continue to do all garage door services with Lion in the future!

If not for Dannel and the kind lady that takes the service calls, I would be leaving a 1 star review! Anthony came to install my door and he wanted to leave it in poorer condition than it was when he arrived. He suggested that we manually open and close our new installed door when the opener was functioning before the install. Additionally, the door required a bracket that didnt come with the door. Without it the door would buckle and bend. Again, Anthony did not want to fix it. He wanted us to request a new work order and pay more money. My husband was NOT happy at the way that day went. Anthony and the other guy left the work undone. Dannel, however, wanted to ensure we were happy as we had paid $3200 on a door that we felt should be properly installed and working. He stayed behind and. affixed the bracket making sure our door opener properly functioned. Dannel understands how to deal with people that are trusting a company with their hard earned money. We appreciate him seeing it through to the end and are ultimately happy. The customer service representative i spoke to was also very sweet and helpful. She was genuinely concerned with our issue and made sure we were attending to immediately to fix the issues. Overall I am happy that there was staff on hand that actually cared about their work and their customers.
