Do not use this company. He treated us so horribly to leave us with a horrible product. He treats his staff so incredibly rude that it was uncomfortable to be around. The initial few weeks went fine until you disagreed with Stanley. To the point where I couldnt be in my home anymore after he cursed me out and called me a horrible human being. All I was doing was asking questions to understand all the issues we faced. I have waited to leave a review to see how many issues would pop up but now here we are & I am completely miserable. The fact that we spent so much money to now have contractors in and out fixing what Stanleys crew remodeled is totally unacceptable. Our shower doesnt properly drain anymore, our tile is uneven, grout uneven, niche uneven & not level, we have holes in our floor from trim replacement. He does not pull permits even though he claims he does. The list truly goes on. The phrase is you get what you pay for & unfortunately I trusted him as a contractor who completely ruined my home.

Stan Phelps and his workers were excellent, professional, on time and hard workers! They turned our deck into an incredible room! Stan managed to go beyond our wildest dreams of what we thought it was going to turn out to be! We are so pleased with how it turned out..the flooring, the ceiling, the windows, everything!!!

I had been searching for people to redo my small bathroom for months. Stanley came in and gave me an affordable price and weve been very happy with the whole process. Im a waitress and my husband is Navy, so our schedule is crazy. His guys are trust worthy when left alone and they were great with our dog when left alone. 10/10 would recommend him every time. Good company and people.

Stanley Phelps and his company demolished our old deck and enclosed porch. He re-installed the deck and porch, far exceeding our expectations. He has an eye for detail and his recommendations were so appreciated. There were roofing issues he noticed and repaired them. Stanley and his crew were all polite, courteous, professional and respectful of our property. We have more home projects in the future and will definitely rehire Phelps construction. Stanley and his company, Phelps Construction, recently completed a modern bathroom remodel for us. His company put in new tile floors, tore down a wall, and built a beautiful tile shower enclosure from scratch. We had been searching for months for a company to work with us. We had three other estimates that gave us OUTLANDISH estimates, one which even told us we should be thinking of this project as buying a new car. To the tune of $42k. When we found Stanleys company, we were ready to give up. Stanleys company is composed of multiple professionals who took pride in their work, worked weekends, and were affordable. Stanley himself takes complete ownership of the project from the beginning and was available by phone or in person whenever we needed him. Early on in the project we did have a mishap. Stanley immediately took action, assured us it would be taken care of, and called additional workers that day to fix the problem immediately and keep our original timeline. Stanley and his company will work with you during the good and bad times, and that is a rare thing these days. Stanley and his company are COVID restriction friendly, and will wear mask while working if requested. My wife and I give Stanley our highest recommendation. We would work with him again without question. I cannot overstate how ridiculous and expectant the estimates from these other companies were. Stanley gave us a QUALITY and BEAUTIFUL bathroom, without breaking the bank. Give him a call if you have home remodel project on your list!
