I use their towing service. The guy was friendly but a little shady and I found out how shady after I received the bill. I was towed 2 miles from Wawa in Suffolk to Barton Ford in Suffolk. He told me the bill would be $85, no problem. When we got to Barton Ford he told me he didn't take a card, I said I have a check and he said oh that's a Hampton check (SMH), my boss really doesn't want me to take a check let's just put it on your bill at Barton Ford. He wouldn't show me the bill I thought that was a little strange. He kept turning it away from me We walked into the dealership and they greeted him by name. He handed the bill to Aaron at Barton Ford. I confirmed the price with Harvey's towing and I tried to confirm the price with Aaron at Barton Ford. Aaron really didn't confirm, he just said yes the towing will be added to your bill. I confirmed with Harvey's towing, I said so the $85 will be added to my bill he said oh I only charged you $80. Long story short when I got my bill from Barton Ford I was charged $96 dollars for towing. If you have to lie and cheat just to get an extra $11 I think you really need it and I also believe in karma. Just be on the lookout if you use their towing service.
