Over all not an UNSAT experience. Maintenence is good about responding and correcting problems. Never had a bad experience with front office. The internet leaves something to be desired, but it's also free so it is what it is. Streaming movies is fine, working or gaming there's a lag. Parking is a bit cutthroat so figure out your system quickly. Moving out. Just know most of your deposit isn't coming back. They'll find something. So know most of that money is gone. Mail carrier loses certified mail. Not on the apartment, but the coverage on the area.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES Ive always tried to find the positive of every living situation I am in. The only positive of this complex is the view of the lake. I have never been treated so poorly in a place that I have paid to be. I have a scar on my leg that came about while trying to move maintenance equipment away from my front door so that I can exit my apartment. The equipment in question was a ladder and HVAC ducts from our apartment that were being fixingbut were left, for 3 hours, and only returned after we called the office to ask when they would finish fixing our air conditioningwhile it was over 90 degrees outside I lived with a barely operational toilet (the plumbing is terrible), and the only assistance I got was being taught how to correctly use a plunger until finally admitting that there was an issue with the tank. Also, hot water was a commodity that was difficult to come byafter 10 minutes in the shower the water ran cold. I resorted to taking baths to retain as much hot water as possible. The office staff provided inadequate maps and information on apartments when asked. They were unaware of which breeds were acceptable in the complex, which led to issues with a possible pet adoption. The maintenance staff are self-admittedly lazy (an apt description) and rude. The office staff are ill trained on policy or procedure, and often possess the attitude of a person that couldnt care less if problems are solved as long as it doesnt negatively affect them. The property management will see nothing but dollar signs when they are near you, and will do everything in their power to charge you with every fee imaginable. No security deposit is safe from these creative swindlers. My roommate and I were excited to move out. The move out process felt like a shake-down at best. We were told contradicting information from staff and management, we had to pay cleaning and painting fees (after cleaning and painting the apartment), and were charged a carpet probate fee that essentially charged us around $14 a month to use the carpet and contribute to replacing it due to it being very worn and matted. No mention of stains, tears, or any other damage besides normal wear and tear. We were treated poorly during the move out evaluationwith the property management attempting to intimidate my roommate and I at every turn. What was most upsetting is that the staff attempted to imply we were being unreasonable by resisting the additional fees by saying We are only doing our job. Howeverwhen we paid rent for over a year, where were they then? Why didnt they do their jobs when we needed them? The answer is simplethey wanted to help themselves to our money more than they wanted to help us.

We lived here in 2017 as our first apartment and then life brought us back here in 2023! We are loving our apartment. Our neighbors are all wonderful, we are in a wonderful spot on the first floor, and the office has been great! I love the new addition of the package room. It really makes things easier.

Lovely apartments, well kept. They are 35 years old though and show their age. A beautiful pool and a nice weight room are in the clubhouse. There's also a large lake that is full of ducks and geese where you can fish and catch small mouth bass. Also located close to a lot of amenities as well as fire and rescue, and a medical center. The only issue I have is that they maintain the grounds year-round which means that you are never without hearing lawn mowers, leaf blowers, weed wackers and every other noise making device known to man. I mean every other day for 8 hours a day. Not cool if you are retired

Don't expect to see any of your deposit, or as I like to refer to it, your "fee." My roommate and I kept our apartment in excellent condition, and yet we were only given $35 back from our $750 deposit, after busting our butts for a week cleaning and repainting (we were given permission to paint as long as we repainted before moving out.). We were also told we'd be provided the paint, which we weren't, so, in order to avoid any fees, we bought it ourselves. (I had been sick and got bronchitis because I didn't rest the week of my move because I wanted it to be so clean and repainted so well that they couldn't find anything to ding us on as they've nickel-and-dimed us to death over the past year.) But during our inspection, they clearly came in ready to find every penny they could scrape from our deposit. They started changing their tune about things like the drip pans (saying we had to pay to replace them even though that was not true, and I had been told to clean them). They mentioned NOTHING about our carpets during the inspection, but on our bill, claimed they had to be completely replaced as they were "very worn and matted," which is completely ridiculous. They also charged us $200 to repaint what we JUST repainted and a cleaning fee to clean what we just cleaned. Aside from that, the maintenance men were lazy (self-admittedly) and negligent. They left things in the tiny walkway in front of our door in our apartment for HOURS and my roommate has a scar from injuring herself on the equipment. We complained, and the staff did nothing about it. The parking is crap. There is ONE trash compactor in the entire apartment complex. People do not pick up after their dogs. Do not be fooled by the cute ducks, they walking trail is a MESS that is not cleaned. The walls are paper thin - the entire year we constantly heard everything in the apartment above us. The "free internet" is free for a reason. High-speed internet? Ha! I work from home and had to pay for the additional internet package and STILL had problems. You won't be able to stream after 9PM. BEWARE.
