Hillpoint Woods Apartments

I truly enjoyed living here! Alison, the property manager is phenomenal! Maintenance requests resolved quickly, sends emails for packages and she ensured that my stay here was amazing! Very personable and helpful! The property is very clean too! Highly recommend this complex! I resided here for almost 9 years.

A nice quiet complex. I have lived here for a year now. The landscaping is well taken care of. The management staff is very helpful whenever I have needed something. I have never had a problem with maintenance, and they are very timely in their response to any request that I have had. The rent is affordable compared to other complexes who charge a lot more. The water bills so seem a little high in comparison to a single family home, but my electric is pretty standard. I have enjoyed living here thus far!

Great staff. Quiet and hidden away. Enjoyed my stay for the time I was there.

No lights above in all the rooms,parking spots are bad, very little space in my son's room, but its fine at least we have a roof over our head.
