        I work for Next Level in the Culinary Department. The facility has been extremely helpful in allowing my staff to do activities with the residents so they can meet and interact with the people who are making their food. We have been able to do table side dining which has not been done here before, theme parties, coffee bars, etc. It's so nice to work in a facility that has no problem with the residents and staff have fun together! The family style atmosphere is amazing!
