    Buying process was easy, car itself was in ok condition. Had a problem with the title and though I encountered a rough patch with a representative, another rep. was quick to fix my problem.

    Talked about a vehicle over the phone, made a good deal on it after it was hyped up to be in great condition (Car Fax was solid despite reported some "minor" front damage) and green-lit by their in-house mechanic, and drove out of state to go see it with the plan to pay. I'm very happy I still had a different mechanic inspect the vehicle, because within 5 mins of the inspection the mechanic showed us some glaring issues with the car that made me immediately turn down the purchase. The guys were super surprised about this, so maybe they weren't lying and were just ignorant, but still. If you go to these guys, you really need to make sure you know as much about the vehicle before you buy or put down a deposit.

    Very disappointed with overall experience at Dulles Cars. They were somewhat accommodating before the sale. Test drove car and gave my request as to what I wanted to be corrected before I bought car. Salesman said he would see to it they were attended to. The only thing that got done was car got washed and Freon was added to AC. All other request ignored. After money was exchanged, salesperson started getting attitude each time I spoke with them, as if I was a bother. Had made a gentlemans agreement in writing that if within 3 days after purchase, I found any major discrepancies with engine or transmission, I could bring car back and they would either fix problem or refund. When I had off-site mechanic inspect car and found part needed replacing, I informed Dulles Cars salesperson. Now, it is a problem, because that problem is considered regular maintenance and the company mechanic is very busy so I would need to leave car and return next day...over 25 miles away. So, I would not recommend this establishment if you are looking for good, dependable customer service or making arrangements after sale for work. Plenty of other car dealers around. Try others, not Dulles Cars for good customer service.

    Friendly staff and quality service. We bought a Hyundai Sonata for my co-worker, although it was an old car it was well maintained and taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who expects good pricing and friendly staff.
