This carrier was tasked with delivering two large furniture items to my home.
One item was damaged in transit (Item A) and needed to be returned to the store I bought it from. The other item (Item B) was supposedly fine and on track for scheduled delivery.
Cue delivery day:
The carriers arrive 8 hours before the scheduled window, when we are not ready for them. Incredibly frustrating, we work late nights and there's a reason we wanted afternoon delivery. But fine, whatever.
All receipts, invoices, and paperwork indicate delivery of Item B. We did not pay for carrier assembly, so the carriers left before we were able to open the box. There were no clear markings on the box.
When we open the box, we find Item A badly broken and entirely unusable.
Customer service was wildly unhelpful resolving this issue. We have been actively working with the carrier for over an hour now with no explanation for the problem and no resolution in sight.
I wish there were a way to never have to deal with this kind of incompetency again. If you ever notice that you have a delivery with this carrier, cancel it ASAP and explore alternative options.
Managers at this location: I will consider editing this review if service improves as we sort through this @#$&ed situation.
