I had all three Sterling Linex services done in the last few months: bed liner, tonneau cover, and undercoating - all on a brand new truck. No complaints here; would recommend Devon and his team.

Top tier location. They accommodated my need to drop off before opening (0800) and quickly returned my vehicle. I had a few rust spots and metal deterioration upon drop off, but that was addressed by the shop and barely noticeable upon completion. Skip the DIY roll on and let these guys do it right.

UPDATE: Devon (Manager) tried to BULLY me into taking down my review. He ARROGANTLY said he would not fix the issue till i deleted my review and signed a document saying i was very happy with his service. When I told him that if anything was inaccurate in my review i will fix it...his response was it just looks bad for the business. His ego didnt even let him apologize or admit that his behavior is the primary reason for the review. I never give in to bullies! I had my truck (Ford Maverick) bed liner sprayed in at Line-X of Northern Virginia by the Ford dealer i purchased the truck from. After picking up my truck i noticed that the rubber plugs in the truck were sprayed over and hence unusable. I spoke to Devon, manager at Line-X to resolve the issue. He initially said plugs are always sprayed over. When i told him that ford does not spray that was as also other bed liner companies. He then changed his story saying that Line-x is a thicker liner and hence as per specs they have to spray over. When asked abt the thickness spec for line-x he was very evasive. I called Line-x of Manassas and they said they never spray over plugs for the Maverick or any truck. I called Devon back and his story change again...its not line-x specs, but depends on the franchise. So he would charge me extra for each plug to be fixed and i would have to Also pay for the new plugs....that he destroyed!! Strangely, a little later, i got an unsolicited call form Line-X of Manassas now claiming that plugs can also be sprayed over and there is no right or wrong way. I asked if it was OK for someone to install wallpaper over his electrical outlets, and he had no answer. Go Figure ! !
