We were fortunate to have Dina as our realtor for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was the consummate professional and we considered her to be a valued partner throughout both transactions. In selling our home, she provided excellent advice on low cost improvements and staging of furniture to help maximize interest in our house. She also had a great sense of the market and helped us appropriately price our home to both get the best price and to also sell within the short time frame that we had expressed would be ideal for our personal situation. Dina was equally professional and diligent in finding us a new home. She helped elicit the key parameters for us to find the ideal home, including potential locations and the characteristics of the home and neighborhood. She was quick to identify and setup appointments, and was great at pointing out potential issues with a home - including longer term, less obvious considerations. We found each tour to be educational and felt much more informed and were able to ask the right questions as we progressed. In the end, the results spoke for themselves. Dina found us the perfect home for our needs, sold our house quickly at a great price and we were able to close both transactions within the same week! We've just completed the easiest, most stress-free experience possible selling our house with Dina Azzam. We had owned the house for over 34 years, renting it for over 32. Dina's excellent understanding of the market helped us know what to do to fix it up for the best return on our money. She recommended contractors and managed the work. We renovated and sold in one month! Her research on and great knowledge of the NoVa market, and particularly the communities near our house, helped her persuade us that we were being too timid on price; she got us a great price.
