My garbage disposal was leaking last night when I found water all over my kitchen floor. My landlord called Wacker and they came this morning and replaced disposal so I'm grateful for that but don't expect friendliness. When I met plumber and his assistant at my door this morning there was no exchange of greeting. When I'd ask a question there was silence and I'd have to say "hello?" Just not friendly in the least and when they were done the assistant left without saying goodbye and the plumber left a moment after the assistant and barely acknowledged me. Not looking for a pen pal but a little cordiality would have been nice.

Wacker plumbing is awesome. I have used the multiple times for my business and my personal house Jamal is great. They are always prompt could not be happier. I will definitely refer them to anybody looking for a plumber

Way too overpriced but thats not my main gripe. Wackrt was able to fit us on the schedule very quickly but (1) didnt come in the scheduled window (came early without letting us know so we werent home to answer the door), (2) walked in our house without booties on - we had to ask the plumber to get them to put on cause his boots getting our carpet wet since it rained all yesterday, and (3) installed a part without first telling us the cost. If he had told us, we couldve at least asked if he could replace it with parts we had already purchased at a much lower cost. We wont be using this company in the future.
