Wegmans Pharmacy

Excellent service, chill staff, reasonable prices. My only gripe is I wish the free samples of vicodin were larger bc I have to keep coming back every tuesday, thursday, and friday to find out if its that or the extra strong kambuucha that makes my leg grow faster. Great selection of paper towels.

Over staffed and under trained. Not forthcoming, and many circular conversations trying to resolve prescriptions issues. They like to do a "round robin" method of passing one off from them to the insurance companies to specialty pharmacy to primary insurance then secondary insurance and all roads lead back to this local pharmacy and now all different people behind the counter and here we go again. Don't seem to care much about the customer and their needs for life important drugs but are very concerned about clock watching and "well.... were about to close so.... maybe you can call the specialty pharmacy tomorrow" because we are not interested in your concerns, complaints or needs. Have a wonderful evening sir.... Also caught them not begin truthful and trying to pass me information that they think I wont be aware of. Pharmacist avoids getting on phone at all cost. Lots of errors being made at the cash register not processing primary and secondary insurances correctly.... it goes on and on......

Our son takes 5 meds that all seem to renew at different intervals, but Wegmans does a great job taking care of us in a timely, friendly competent manner. (Edit: They even rerun the order to capture Medicaid paying it, which is a hassle, but they are very gracious.) Thank you Wegmans Pharmacy!
