The older lady who is Russian, or Persian is horrible rude! No customer service skills what so ever. Top instances and she has done this. Unexceptable.

It was one of the worst pharmacies I've been to. When my husband and I had COVID last year, we had to go and grab our medicine at this pharmacy... we had our masks on and one of the ladys behind the counter thought it was a good idea when they realized we were getting COVID medicine to come out and spray all around us infront of a bunch of people. I've never even seen that done in urgent care or the hospital. It was ignorant and very rude.
Another time was yesterday, Aug 24. My mom had a spider bite on her finger and wanted advice on what she should use. The pharmacist kept her distance and had a disgusted look on her face, which had me upset...her demeanor and vibe was very rude. She told us to get cortisone but didn't direct us where to find it in the store. Go to another farmacy. it's not worth dealing with.

The pharmacist at the Sterling store is the most caring and patient person Ive ever dealt with at CVS. She is definitely an asset to the company.
