Spooner Anne Marie MD, LMG

I have been seeing Dr Spooner for about ten years and she is the best doctor. I wish she were a GP so I could go to her for everything. She is kind, thorough and takes her time with you.

Let me start off by saying that I love Dr. Spooner and have been a patient for over a decade. I've always had amazing experiences with her and all of the nurses. My issue is with the front desk receptionist I saw today. She was incredibly snarky towards me when I arrived for my appointment without a mask. She gave an attitude stating that there was language in the email reminder to wear a mask however, I received two appointment reminder emails and no where in either email did it state that a mask was required. I was charged $5 for a mask by the receptionist after explaining to her that I didn't have one in my car or anywhere on my person. She huffed and puffed during this entire interaction, which was completely unnecessary and definitely left a bad impression. I'm less concerned with being charged the $5 and more concerned that you have someone representing your practice that is as unprofessional as she was. Going to the gynecologist is never a favorite on my to do list, but it's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Spooner. I regret that the front desk woman made this an even more stressful experience than it needed to be. Every single person in this office is so nice and friendly and it's a shame that the first person you see when you walk through the door is someone with a bad attitude.

Have been going to see Dr Spooner for years and she's the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. Her new location is even more convenient for me and the staff at the office are well organized and responsive when I call with a question or concern. I feel lucky to have Dr Spooner in my area.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! It was lovely in every way. They took time to add many details to improve my experience from calming ocean waves being played in the room, to warming the medical tools so theyre not as cold to the touch. Dr. Spooner was kind and patient. She treated me like a woman, not just a patient. She really talked to me and took time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard and in control and never felt like she had an agenda or was trying to pressure me into doing anything. Shes the best! And you wont meet a friendlier office staff!
