I recently visited the Dominion Trail model and met Jennifer Lovelace. She was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter and I had a great experience as we searched for her new home.

Lovely community hidden away right next to route 28 only 5 min from Dulles Airport. Very spacious layouts with very smart floor plans. Worked with Jennifer and she was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. She made this tedious process of home buying seem like a breeze. We have been in the market for a while and this was one of, if not, the most informative and easygoing visits that we have made to this point. Will highly consider this community.

Very nice homes in a growing area with a lot to offer. We were warmly received by the sales agent, Jennifer Lovelace, and she provided a lot of information and was able to answer all of our questions. Definitely worth taking a look.

The team from Stanley Martin was on point from sales to construction, working with us through the process was easy and helpful during our first home process. Thanks to Jennifer for the initial contact and working together through our questions on the home and the community. She was able to explain the process to us as new home buyers and work patiently with us. Thanks to John for overseeing the build and working with us during and after construction, been responsive to our questions and addressing findings in a timely manner.
