As we waited to be seated, a family in front of us got blatantly ignored by all of the wait staff for over 30 minutes.. until they eventually just walked out.. we were sat with a view of the kitchen and watched the kitchen staff pump orders out extremely quickly, only to have them sit in the window for over 30-40 minutes.. at one point it looked like the entire restaurants orders were ready but no waitstaff seemed at all worried to bring the food out.. it was honestly comical to watch.. would never go back but what an experience

Absolutely Terrible. Went there for dine in and we were waiting to be seated for about 30 minutes. All the employees had made eye contact with us and we kindly asked to be seated but they just ignored us and pretended not to hear us. We even had to call them from across the restaurant and one again they heard us and made eye contact but ignored us. So we decided to leave and as soon as we left they came to seat the people behind us because we are Muslim. Complete racism.

A friend of mine and I decided to come have a late night dinner here. As soon as we walked and we saw so many empty tables and chairs, yet the front desk man said we were gonna have to sit and wait. We then politely asked what is the reason, and he raise our voice at us, and said dont have enough people and walked off. It took us35 minutes for food, even though it was not that populated as it was 4 AM. The food was all right. Since the previous bad service, we did not decide to leave a tip. We were shocked as we were leaving because the waiter kept asking us No tip? No tip? By far the most unprofessional dine in experience Ive ever had.
