This company was booked for the 1 hour drive from the airport to our hotel. After 30 minutes, the driver showed up and told us we were sharing the van with a group going to a hotel in a different direction (adding 30 minutes). At this point, the one hour drive would take two hours. While we waited to drop the other group, we told the driver we were upset about going in the wrong direction. He lied and said it was the only route (D.C. to Annapolis to Prince Frederick). When we said the map showed otherwise, he said, You have the map, you know the way, you can get there yourself! Not only did the company waste our time, but the driver was rude and unprofessional. I would look elsewhere, or as our driver said you can get there yourself. Ha!

Fantastic experience with Burki Limousine , easy process, from quote through final billing, and best of all no surprises. We hired the sprinter van to take a group of 12 people wine tasting around Loudoun County. Van was at our arranged pick up ten minutes early which was nice. We visited 5 wineries and our driver, Sam, did a great job keeping us on schedule. I would recommend using this company for you limo and van needs around Northern VA.

Worst experience ever. This company is completely unprofessional! Driver was late and when asked why they had said it was not their problem and resorted to insult. I would never recommend working with this company. Save yourself the time and money. DO NOT USE!!!
