        The sprinkler system installed was faulty - the south side of the lawn doesn't get enough water while the north side is already soggy. They refuse to come out to fix it after 30 days. How would anyone know the lawn would be like this in 30 days? You are better off finding someone else who knows what they are doing. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

        Extremely poor customer service and quality of service has deteriorated over the years. They don't respond for months at a time and when they do- customer service is extremely crass, rude and not helpful. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

      Mrs AAll the work was done timely and to your satisfaction back in May. I am sorry that the invoice left on your door either blew away or was removed by someone. However, the charge still applies even though we were tardy emailing it to you.
