        We have used John Nugent and Sons over the years for multiple plumbing needs. Recently, a mixing valve on a new water heater installation failed and we were not getting hot water. The plumbing specialist correctly diagnosed the cause of our problem and John Nugent and Sons repaired it under warranty even though it had been years since the equipment had been installed. We are very appreciative of their efforts to stand behind their work.
