My wife and I had been searching for a reputable cleaning service after having a few bad experiences. Jessica , the manager was exceptionally communicative with my wife, and after scheduling for the initial deep clean today- WOW, amazing!!! This team of hard working very talented ladies cleaned our home with impeccable detail. They were all so very professional and pleasant to deal with- you can tell that they take great pride in their work! We have hired Silverline Maids to do a cleaning every two weeks and look forward to having a beautiful clean home!! Services: General housekeeping, Deep clean

I was referring Silverline Maids from one of my neighbors as our cleaning lady had just retired. I used them three times to give them the benefit of the doubt. The scheduling is a huge hassle, you cant get someone to answer the phone or call you back. You have to call multiple times just to get schedule and pricing. It was like they didnt want my business, I was chasing them. As far as the cleaning, it was good but it wasnt great or detail-oriented. I had the ask multiple times to wet mop my floors and to make our blinds even and aligned again after the cleaning. I mentioned these two items to them multiple times but it was never acted on.
