        Its clean and maintained, but every room isnt supposed to be a pet room.. the person maintaining the buffet generally doesnt listen to the tv on their phone full blast while they walk around everyone all morning . And the guy at the front desk doesnt usually ask how do I know what key to give you if you didnt give me a name as you were trying to explain it and just got to the counter Work on professionalism guys. Not the best

        The room was gross. The shower had a lot of stains and who knows what brown stuff on the walls. The comforter looked over 15 years old with yellow stains and other kinds of stains as well. The bed was old and stiff and not comfortable to sleep in. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The gym was lacking with not much equipment and small space Location was good

        Front desk associates(sans Austin) are extremely discriminatory. Shuttle distant less than 2 miles is to be accommodated yet even when thats followed its a hassle using the shuttle. Theyve attempted to charge me for toilet paper when I have an active 5 week reservation for a work trip paid for by the company I work for. Absolute abismal customer service.

        Overall, this hotel is worth recommending. Pros: -Convenient location with many nearby shops. -Ample parking space. -Clean rooms; I like the two ottomans in the room, providing extra seating or storage for our family of four. -Soap that doesn't leave a slippery residue after washing. -Pleasant scents of the shampoo and body wash provided by the hotel. -Good breakfast options including hot food, juice machine, waffle maker, coffee, and bread. The staff are attentive and always replenish food items promptly when they are finished. -Swimming pool. -The gym is small but well-maintained with good equipment. Cons: -Slow wireless internet provided by the hotel. -Small pillows, as mentioned by previous guests. -The swimming pool is cold and heated only by two light bulbs on the sides, but the kids still enjoy it.
