TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport

Cute little mini suite. Not crazy about the location. Tricky to find, and I don't like to walk out in the rain to get to the lobby or, from the parking lot. The lot is tiny, and ALWAYS full so, you end up hiking a bit before you get shelter.

We just enjoyed a WONDERFUL stay here by the IAD airport all thanks to Shireen at the front desk!! She went above and beyond to make our stay so special as we were celebrating our anniversary for this stay! She set up a beautiful room for us with decorations and snacks/drinks!! It was SO nice and made everything so relaxing for us. She was so attentive in helping us find some food/drinks nearby as well at the nearby pub. She was prompt, friendly, and so helpful! The hotel also has a great location to the airport and is very clean and quiet! You won't regret staying here and if you get to meet Shireen you will be in the best hands possible! Awesome experience!!

Didn't have a great experience with the service. The evening host was good. Management was horrible. Asked for a call from her and got nothing. Was told if I have a problem to call corporate, so I did. Will not return again.

Stayed for 3 months with my family in the Towneplace suites, a place that offers free breakfast and free shuttle service to the Airport and nearby town centers/Shopping malls. The rooms are clean and a very calm place to stay in especially for those who are traveling. The front desk staff are always helpful but Shireen is one of the best front desk staff, she is experienced and always has a good smile on her face, she is a tremendous person. The only suggestion for the hotel will be to create a small play area for kids since there are many hotels around and for those having no access to private vehicle and have children will find it hard to keep the children busy hence a small amusement park for kids will work (to make the stay as kid friendly).
