Quality product that fit our families needs & budget. Couldnt have asked for a better experience & support throughout the entire process. Bought a pool table recently from this place. Stan is the Manager there and extremely knowledgeable. He gave the best service and very prompt response. He was available everytime I called and took care of everything personally. You will not be disappointed if you talk to Stan. No pressure tactics. Made my purchase and installation a breeze and pleasure. Will definitely be going back to him for a Swim Spa purchase.

In this day and age, I have low expectations for almost everything, but apparently I need to lower them even further now. Everyone here was happy and helpful until I had my first concern with my large purchase, then I couldn't find anyone to help me. I bought a Jacuzzi tub here and you never know if it is a bad product or bad service. Perhaps it is that they are mass producing the units to keep up with demand. My parents had a Jacuzzi tub from years back and recommended it (they purchased from someone else and never had the issues I have). Anyway, I have contacted them a total of 11 or 12 times over the past two months and no one seems to be address any issues. Two primary issues, one that the unit cannot stay cooler, ie in the summer if you would like to lock in 97 degree temp, it will jump up to 102+ (yes, I read the manual three times on how to accomplish this). It was suggested that the sensor is not working or bad (the unit is only 5 months old) but the one and only person in the entire DC metro area they have employed that is apparently qualified to resolve this or answer my questions will not return my calls. Also, I have followed all the rules with the chemicals, but apparently white mold continues to grow and in the 5 months we have the tub, we really only have used it 7 or 8 times which should not warrant this type of issue. I have cleaned the filter numerous times, had to drain in refill the entire tub multiple times. We have flushed the pipes and used cleaning substance. It just should not be this hard. I have spent 10x the amount of time cleaning and trying to resolve the issues than enjoying it. Money not well spent. Anyway, not great for me, but perhaps every other manufacturer is this bad as well...

I was just window shopping and had an okay experience. Except some of salesmen were a little over talkative and just plain strange. At least it seemed that way to me, but it turns out one of them is a sex offender. So Idk, I feel a little uncomfortable buying a hot tub from a sex offender. That is prob a good way to sum up how I feel after shopping here.
