Roger and Christian have done a few bathrooms for me as well as other small jobs. My expectations were exceeded on each project.

Commonwealth Builders recently installed an egress window in my basement.  They did a fantastic job. It was fully permitted and inspected by Loudoun County. They even re-planted a bush for me that was in the way of the construction. I highly recommend.

We hired Commonwealth Builders to finish a bedroom in our basement. Roger and his team are top notch. Christian is an artist with drywall finishing. I have lived in Northern Virginia for over 15 years and have not worked with anyone that lives up to the professionalism, honesty and straight forward approach that Commonwealth Builders demonstrated throughout the bedroom project. They were on time everyday, respected the house like it was their own, did the work quickly, but did not rush anything. I will absolutely continue to work with Roger and Christian and highly recommend others do too.

We've used Roger and team for the past few years after being referred to him. They did a great job with some general house repairs (wall patching,trim install) when we first Met. Then after you find a contractor you can trust we gave him a shot with our bathroom. They did not disappoint, from the design process to full build out of our bathroom. We were looking for the "Spa feel" and they advised on earth tones and sit in tub. 1 year later we still love the look and feel and have never had anything but great compliments on our bathrooms. We look forward to having Roger and team do our roof in the fall and if the budget permits addition recessed lighting in the living room. Thanks guys for giving us peace of mind in our house.Note: anyone you speak with is vital they'll get you a response from Roger the owner (who works on the job)Honestly worth the dollars
