Our EZ Downsizing selling experience was so good, we became buyers and now work for them! I can't think of a greater testimonial of a company's quality than that. The selling experience went smoothly, and was expedient. We tried selling these items online ourselves with a great deal of effort and little return. EZ Downsizing organized everything into over 900 lots and had it at auction within a couple weeks. Granted some things did not sell for what we felt they were worth, but other items brought more than we could have imagined; that's the nature of auctions, I guess. Many of the things we were just happy that people could use and enjoy, and were willing to pay us to take it away! The most important thing to us was clearing out the house to get it ready to sell, but raising money was also important. EZ Downsizing did both for us. The EZ Downsizing people were great to work with, and as clients we were pleased with their results.

As a long term customer, Im overdue to leave a review for this exceptional company. Ive purchased numerous items over the years, and have had only positive experiences with the quality of the items, the helpful, knowledgeable staff, and the ease of the buying and pick-up processes. I have dealt with many auction houses and companies, both locally and throughout the country, and would like to attest that the professionalism, reliability, and customer service at EZDownsizing is second to none. Absolutely recommend this Five Star business.

Don't know what I would have done without the help of ezD! They made an overwhelming task fast and easy. Bryan and his staff were great to work with. I only wish I had them sell more of my stuff! Highly recommended!

As a buyer, I had 2 experiences with this company. The first pick up went very well. The second one was a complete nightmare. I was to pick up a small desk in the offices of Samsun Properties in Chantilly. When I got there, three moving trucks were parked in front of the building. I made my way inside and quickly found out the desk was nowhere to be found. Someone called Manny (not sure of the spelling) was supposed to handle the pick ups but he did not have a care in the world. He told me to go ask the movers if they had already packed it! I was left by myself to ask around where my desk was. None of the movers had seen it. I went back and forth trying to locate it and was told to just ask for a refund. The movers refused to open the truck. I was treated like a nuisance the entire time. I was furious and had no choice but to rush back to work. Michael from ezDownsizing called me to offer a refund for both the desk and the fees I incurred for having to take the toll road to get to the pick up site and back to work on time. He then told me that "Manny" had seen me take 3 boxes of lightbulbs in my car!! I was now accused of stealing!! Not only I was pretty much told to bug off when my desk disappeared but on top of it, I was accused of stealing boxes of lightbulbs! I called Michael back to let him know there was a security camera at the corner of the building and most likely another one at the gas station across the street which would disprove the lies spewed by this Manny. I want everyone to be warned; do not ever go to a pick up on your own. Have a witness. As for me, I can't even consider purchasing anything from this company ever again. I can't shake off the feeling of injustice. I don't take being accused of thievery lightly.
