What stood out was his willingness to accommodate my schedule, going above and beyond to ensure convenience. Throughout the process, Dr. Kim's expertise made every step pain-free and comfortable. His dedication didn't stop there; he consistently followed up to ensure my well-being post-treatment. I have been looking for a sedation dentistry practice since moving to Virginia from MD and the unexpected death of my former- excellent -dentist there. Today was my first visit/consultation. All forms were completed online prior to my visit. Very user friendly. The practice is bright, modern and clean. After a very brief wait and chat with the pleasant receptionist, I first met Sora, the dental assistant. She went over some information about the practice and got me settled in. She was gentle when taking X-rays with the dreaded bite wings. Then I met Dr. Batista. He was professional but human in his interactions. Did not speak down to me and gave me all the time I needed for questions. He examined me (gently) and explained the treatment plan as well as sedation options. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything and everything was explained clearly. My last stop was Tishs office who reviewed the estimates and scheduled my first real appointment. She too was professional and kind. So far my first impression is very positive. I am very anxious about dental work but booked my first session before I left. Will follow up with another review after that is done! Follow up review. This practice continues to impress me. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Front desk staff always cordial. I chipped my front tooth and was able to come in the same day to have the sharp edge evened out. I talked with Dr. Young Kim and decided to get veneers on my top two middle teeth and one adjacent to that. Dr. Young Kim is AMAZING. He is a kind, patient centric, and detail oriented dentist. He wants your teeth to look as perfect as can be. He is encouraging (I am typically very anxious about any dental treatment) and gentle. I am one of those patients who asks a lot of questions and he answered them all in detail. This included questions in the office as well as email correspondence. He radiates calm, respect and competence. Top notch!!

This was my first experience at Loudoun Dental. The staff was professional and welcoming. Dr. Kim was very informative in his diagnosis and answered all my questions. The practice seems to be very efficient.

Dr Batista is a true professional, he listens and understands your concerns. He has mastered his craft and is helping me take care of some serious issues but being very sincere and supportive. Masooda is also amazing, she's always doing a little extra to take care of my needs, kudus to both. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.
