Pardon My Cheesesteak

Service and food quality at this iHOP is great. Coffee was hot and well brewed, pancakes were fluffy and warm, eggs were perfect and the service was fast and friendly. All the qualities of a great breakfast place. Plus, it's clean! The syrup containers were not sticky at all and the floor under the table clean! Well done iHOP Arcola!

Nice facility. Clean and looked new. Service was fast and food arrived quickly, BUT after teo attempts, my wife's order was still incorrect. The waitress insisted it was my wife's fault! Manager brought us the bill, and a verbal apology, but no mention of accommodation for my wife's eggs covered in cheese...which she didn't adk for and couldn't eat. Tell your staff to PAY ATTENTION when they take an order and not to be in such a hurry to just write down something and dash away

Update June 27, 2023: Second visit, Omellete was awful and pancake tasted like cardboard. It was around 11 am. May be old food? Not going there again. Had a stomach pain. Bill was $100 New place. Omellete is good. Food is better than denny's

I called for a pick up order, they told me 10-15 minutes. It took almost an hour for me to get my food and I had to wait for 20 mins in the store for microwave quality food.

The waitress J young girl, with very bad attitude, she didnt know what are the menus they have, when I asked 2eggs, bread toast, sausage, hash browns, she said they dont have that in menu but they had it as quick-2 egg breakfast. I asked for milk for my coffee she brought a small glass with milk and coffee. Food came after 15 minutes and waiter who brought didnt give jelly, butter, along with it. Waitress J didnt give the fork, knife, and napkin well after food was served, I waited for the silverware and asked she said they should have given with food. When the bill came I saw the small cup of milk she charged 2.99$ , they have to do some honest business, grocery store selling a gallon of milk for 2.99$. I was shocked and upset with this place .bad bad bad dont go here for food whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinnerI called this IHOP 2 times after I got out to complain about my experience only person who apologized is Jennifer young girl at the front, that to second time when I calledacting manager Cisco was listening to my complaints but didnt apologize thats ok.this place in a location with different demographics customer or one particular ethnicity is more, so waiter might be thinking its ok for them behave prejudice or bad.hope IHOP corporate take a view of this I am attaching my receipt as proof.
