Racist Arrived to pick up an order at Joann Fabrics, Barbra who approached to help us, was not only disrespectful but also racist from the min we walked in! We encountered difficulty when my children needed to use the restroom. Despite there still being three minutes left until closing time, we were asked to leave. This abrupt and unwelcoming treatment left us feeling rushed and frustrated. Customer service should extend to accommodating basic needs, especially when there's time remaining before closing. My kids felt unwelcome and uncomfortable! Never shopping at Joanns again, thanks for Barbra!

Sewing has been more similar to art these days, but no matter what you call it, this store is worth a visit. Colorful fabrics, plenty of yarns, knitting machines, and different textiles are available. Their prices are good, the customer service is also at a good level and the store is neat and clean. There are many other things, like Crafts, some art materials, and a few stuff for children.

there hours changed and now close at 5 instead of 9 normally which makes no sense bc other ones stay open longer
