Dunkin'

Bad experience with the manager - my girlfriend and I ordered some food and coffee for pickup here via the Dunkin app. When I got there, they said they have not received any order so I politely explained to them that it successfully went through in the app. I showed them the receipt and everything and the manager looked it over and said that because it never came in the system, he couldnt make the order. He didnt offer me a solution or anything, he just wanted me to pay for it all over again as if it was my fault. It took me asking so what do you want me to do then? should I call the app? for the manager to nod his head like that was even a solution he suggested. Horrible experience.

If I could give this Dunkin a BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD!!! Absolutely horrible employee experience. Roland (if thats his name) definitely should not be working in customer service. I stop by my local Dunkin everyday, get the same drink everyday. I pay $11.28 for a latte for extra espresso shots. He told me he put them in. Looked like milk with a splash of coffee. When I asked for the correct amount of espresso he looked at me and sd I put them in!! So frustrating $11 down the drain where I dumped this drink!! Also didnt have the donut either

One of the slowest locations for ordering. Regardless of order ahead or in person, it takes 10+ minutes to get a latte. Employees have poor customer service, have zero knowledge of the drink menu, and dont even talk to you.
