My appointment for a vehicle recall was scheduled at this dealership a month in advance. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the part wasn't in stock, possibly due to the online booking. They assured us they'd order it and call back, which was fine, though I realized I should've called ahead. Two weeks later, after no word, I reached out for an update. The representative mentioned the part would arrive in a weekfair enough. But when that period passed without any communication, I called again, only to receive the same promise for the following week. That's when I started feeling skeptical. After another week of waiting, I had my dad call on my behalf. Suddenly, there was honesty. They admitted the part was never ordered and promised to expedite its delivery. My dad, rightfully upset over being misled multiple times, spoke to a manager named Chris, who was exceptional in resolving the issue. I must also commend the cashier at the booth during my visit, who was extremely kind. Regrettably, the rest of the staff didn't match this level of service. I can't help but wonder if the treatment I received was influenced by my gender. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this location to other women seeking vehicle purchase or service.

We were greeted and treated by a wonderful person. Kazim. Our experience was great. Only one thing. We had to sign so many lengthy papers that we could not possible read without a lawyer, nor understand fully on our own. We were not told that there was no wiggle room to change our mind. We had not exchange any money nor taken the car out of the showroom. Next day we realized that the V8 was too much of a car for us older people. But when we called not even 24 hrs. later we were told that we could not cancel the contract. No room to change the mind. In the past we had 72 hours to change our minds in other dealerships. So we had no idea that we were bound to this car. So we took it. Please ensure that at least all these important points are understood by the customers prior to signing anything. But thank you for the friendliness of the salesman.
