Got my teen a new iphone for Christmas. Was promised a phone value credit and trade-in promo credit, a little over $200 in credits. I was informed to wait 2-3 billing cycles to see the credits and the credits never showed. I spoke with a rep and was told that because I paid the device off, I was no longer eligible to receive the promo trade-in credit. This is highly unsatisfactory to penalize paying off a phone. So now I am out over $200 for being a responsible person and not carrying a monthly payment.

In response to owner. I had an issue back in 2020 and NEVER got a call back after providing exactly what you are requesting. I was ignored. Why should I believe that providing the same information will result in a different solution?

Roderick was extremely knowledgeable, hospitable and made my experience enjoyable. I usually dread going into a Verizon store due to poor service from past experiences. I wont anymore knowing this location prioritizes customer service. A+

I had the most pleasant experience at this store. I drove out of my way to come back! The customer service is impeccable and the guys are genuinely just nice, good people. They always get me figured out with ease. Highly recommend!

The brown/red headed sales person wasnt helpful when it came to upgrading her phones. She didnt even try to sell us a good deal even though we mentioned the online deal is this.
We walked around within 5 minutes
