Fallon Automotive is professional and fair with their pricing. They have always had a great attitude and are willing to go into detail about what really needs to be done at that moment unlike many dealerships. I really appreciate the work that they do, and I will be taking my car here in the future.

I was driving by a location that did inspections and stopped to see if they could do one for me. When I walked into the shop, it looked empty, but the mechanic wasn't there. I decided to wait since I wasn't in a hurry. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked back in to let them know that I was going to grab something to eat and return in 10 minutes. When I got back, the mechanic was there and I saw they already had a car on their bay. So, I decided to leave my car there and informed the clerk that I was going to leave it and return before 5 p.m. to get it. He told me that it was totally fine and that he would call me once the car was ready to go. Around 3 pm, the clerk left me a message stating that the car was ready to be picked up. He said he could leave the key inside my car, but I needed to pay over the phone or just swing by before 5 p.m. to grab it. So, I arrived at 4:45 pm yesterday, but the shop was closed. I tried calling them a few times, but nobody picked up. So, I walked over to my car to see if they left the key inside, but they didn't. The car just happened to be left unlocked. As a result, a $20 inspection ended up costing me an additional $75 in Uber fees. Today, when I showed up, the same clerk had nothing to say or any apologies for leaving early. You would think if they had an emergency, they would have called me back to say so, but no. This was the most horrible experience and customer service I have ever received from a mechanic shop.

Formerly Joe's, has some of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I have been going here for over a decade and trust these guys wholeheartedly. I actually used to live in the same neighborhood as Joe and he is a stand up guy! Lots of dealers take advantage of the general public's ignorance and can upcharge unnecessary jobs, but not here.
