Management at Big Sky Apartments took the time to help me resolve a dispute I had with a utility. They hopped on a three-way call and made it right. I appreciate their care!

Aside from how I hate the fact that they have destroyed the mountain view, I would never recommend living here. I see from the current reviews nothing has changed. They just built more of the same without taking care of what they had in the beginning. Cheap appliances, poor, construction and no support for noise complaints. I hated how they go through your place with total lack of respect for your privacy, even looking into your freezer, fridge and closets! I'd live in a box on the street before I'd ever live there again.

Apartment complex is not considerate of residents. They like to have events at the pool right outside your apartment with music blasting on a Friday night. In addition, they will conduct quarterly inspections of your apartment with a fine-tooth comb and will invasively enter your apartment frequently and conduct "Re-inspections" until it is up to their standards.

I spent a year living at Big Sky and my experience was generally positive. The apartment is conveniently located near Walmart, Dunkin and all the major highways that can take you quickly to Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Richmond and beyond. The onsite washer and dryer were big which was nice. Parking was fairly easy, and the view down the hill towards the mountains was unparalleled. My neighbors were pretty quiet at night, although I could hear their alarm clock early in the morning, which is not uncommon among apartments everywhere. Overall a good residential experience and thanks to the management team for their hard work!
