Realtor Chelsea Clark is a unprofessional rude realtor who posts pictures on her Instagram account shaming peoples houses that she shows. Do not engage with this unprofessional business, there are plenty of good professionals out there who treat people with respect.

These guys are the worse when it comes.to rental property managers.  The worse communication and by that I mean they never reply to an email.  I and another party ended up in court for months merely becauwe the other party was not getting my communications and I wasnt get theirs... all going through this ignore you property manager.

Great realtor - Camilla Tierney was our realtor and is highly recommended.  She is a dedicated agent, who was patient with us through the entire process.  As a first time homebuyer, she understood that my wife and I would need the time and freedom (i.e. to be left alone) to discuss houses and what we were comfortable with pursuing.  She was able to provide multiple experiences, resources, and facts which greatly helped our homebuying process.  She was reachable 99% of the time, expeditious in responding to questions (often emailing us updates to properties as early as 3am), and frank in her responses. She did not harass us with phone calls after we first approached her, but did follow up when time was drawing near to when some action was required to meet our original goal date for purchasing a house, thereby keeping us on track and reducing the stress of having to compress timelines or change our planned move date.  This judicious approach to contacting the potential buyer instilled a lot of confidence in Camilla by us because she was sensitive to our desired goals, and experienced enough to know when we needed to act in order to avoid missing goals due to competing events in our lives - AN "AGENT" IN THE TRUEST SENSE!  Camilla was extremely flexible in accommodating our list of choices, even when the houses were outside of her normal area of Stafford, VA.  She never made us feel like we were a burden, regardless of the distances between properties.  We looked at 15 houses in one day from Manassas to Stafford, and once she saw what we liked/disliked about the other houses, she recommended a house that wasn't on our list which we loved/bought.  Camilla helped us before and after closing on the house, and has been an asset who has set our expectations high for future purchases.
